September 26, 2008 Update
COMPLETE:
Education Building-carpet and blind installation. Fellowship Hall – painting, renovation of stage and installation of carpet. Refuge Lobby – replacement of carpet.
ON-GOING:
B-Wing – renovation is scheduled for completion on Sep. 30 with Connection classes occupying new rooms on Oct 5.
Office - renovation and move to Providence Place is scheduled for late October.
Chapel - Building permit was submitted Aug. 14 with construction to start in October and be completed by mid-November.
Parking Lot - Renovation will begin with the area by the Church Office at the intersection of Phillips Avenue and Rotary Drive. The permit is in hand and a pre-construction meeting will be held within the next 2 weeks. C and D Wings – Renovation is scheduled to begin Oct. 27 and conclude Dec. 19.
With the current economic times, we are evaluating every area of these projects.
Please review the Connection Class brochure for location updates. Preschool class locations are firm until
January. The Adult 3 classes currently on the C Wing and in the Fellowship Hall will move to their newly
renovated B Wing locations. Note that the B Wing has a new numbering system. The Fireside room, for example, is now B- 205 A / B.
