How to Join Green Street
We are so excited about your interest in membership at Green Street Baptist Church. New members are received in one of the following ways:

Profession of Faith
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and are willing to be baptized by immersion, following Jesus’ example, we will welcome you as a member upon your Baptism. -
Transfer of Letter
If you have already accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, have been baptized by immersion, and are presently a member of a Baptist Church of like faith and practice, we will welcome you into our church family by letter. -
Statement of Faith
If you come from another denomination or your letter in a Baptist church is no longer available, we will welcome you by statement. Those coming by statement must meet the following conditions:- You have received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
- You have been baptized by immersion, after your conversion, in a church of like faith and practice.
- You believe your Baptism is a testimony of your salvation experience.
