FAQs

A few of our most commonly asked questions from newcomers. If you have other questions, please contact us

Where should I park and which door should I use?

We recognize that we have a lot of doors and entrances. Here’s some helpful info:

Checking in a Preschooler? Park near and use Entrance D.

Checking in a Child (grades 1-5)? You can use Entrance C, D, or the large Main parking lot entrance.

Senior Adult/Handicapped parking is available at Entrance A and an elevator is available upon entry. You can also find handicapped parking at every entrance.

Guest parking is near the main entrance. We also have greeters available to assist you.

If you need help once you arrive, you will find lots of friendly people who would love to point you in the right direction.  You can also visit the Welcome Center in the main building and someone will be available to assist you.

What should I wear?

Some people dress up while others dress more comfortably. You may see some people in suits and dresses and others in jeans and tennis shoes.

When should I arrive on Sunday morning?

Due to parking and traffic considerations, plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of Worship or Connection Class Bible study. Worship services begin at 8:30 am and 11:00 am while Life Groups begin at 9:45 am.

What about my preschooler and/or children?

We take the safety and security of your kids very seriously. You will check them into their respective areas and be issued a security tag. Both your preschoolers and children hear and learn about Jesus. Normally, preschoolers check-in at the D Desk while children are checked in at the C Desk, but, if you have both ages, you can obtain their security tags at one desk, for your convenience.

What are the church office hours and how may we contact you?

The Church Office entrance is located at Entrance A. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am- 12:00 pm. You may reach us at 336-841-4334 or browse our staff listing.
