4 Ways to Honor First Responders

1. BLOOD DRIVE: July 17, 2-6:30pm, Location: Fellowship Hall.

You may also, call or visit the Church Office or Welcome Center to sign up in person.

2. PRAY: Anytime. Contact for specific requests or click here. We will also pray during the Blood Drive and during Thank and Bake.

a. July 17-20
, sign a thank you card in the Welcome Center, Church Office or while participating in the baking and assembly line of packing goody bags.
b. July 17-20, deliver goodies and say thank you, in person.

4. BAKE:
a. Now
–visit local businesses to ask for complimentary cards to be included in the First Responders goody bags. Contact for ideas.
b. Bake (or Buy) July 17-20–this is a great activity for the generations to gather whether you’re baking at home, baking in the Fireside Room Kitchen or helping on the assembly line.
Needs: Cookies, Brownies, Rice Krispy Treats, (things to purchase) Water Bottles, Gum, Jolly Ranchers, Granola Bars, Peppermints.
Collection Bins at church entrances for non-baked goods. Deliver the Baked Goods to the Fireside Room Kitchen or Church Office. Click here to sign up online to bake, deliver, provide items, email or call 336-819-4354



School Supply Drive: July 1-31
Click here for specific needs or see the collection bins at each entrance for a printed copy. Green Street collects school supplies for our “adopted” schools with whom we’ve committed to ongoing partnerships: Oak Hill and Northwood Elementary Schools.




We hope to see you at Green Street! We offer Small Group Connection at both 9am and 10:30am. Beginning August 6th, our worship will be: 9am choir and orchestra led, 10:30am band led.





Outdoor Baptism and Church-wide Fellowship

Hold the date of Sunday, August 13, 5pm for Outdoor Baptisms and a Church-wide Fellowship.

Fellowship details:
Church provides hamburgers, hotdogs, condiments, drinks, paper products, utensils.
We ask you to provide: side dishes and desserts.

Location: Church Courtyard.

Bring lawn chairs and we’ll have games.
5pm Baptisms followed by dinner and games.

iHeart Fitness Classes: Cardio/Power Strength, Circuit Training, Pilates, Balance/Flexibility, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Cardio Dance.  Women of all fitness levels are welcome to attend. You will enjoy the exercise but the most memorable part of iHeart Fitness is the fellowship.  Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 – 9:30am (Summer hours  9am-10am) .
