Work with Food Services Manager; work as a team to plan, prepare, cook, serve and clean for all types of events.
Reservations / Cashier
Check guests in for meals; manage cash box; sell/hand out tickets
Greet guests at dinners and special events, take tickets, hand out trays and cups, help guests, manage traffic flow.
Take food from kitchen to serving lines and dessert area.
Set up and serve food on serving lines and dessert area.
Help to maintain trash by set-up, service and clean up; monitor
all serving and kitchen areas for trash pickup and surface cleaning; do final cleaning of serving, kitchen and dining areas
Help to set up, maintain, take down, store room and table decorations.
