WHAT:
Join us for fitness, fellowship & supporting a good cause! Get started on your 2024 fitness, take the first step! We will start training together on January 6 to have 12 weeks to prepare. Our training takes place on Saturday afternoons, the warmest part of the day.

RSVP below for an Interest Meeting on Sunday, December 17 after the 11am service in B-201, to learn more about the 5k training program to walk or run, meeting times and more.
WHO:
This is open to any age and ability. People can walk or run the 5k and families can do it together. Anyone under the age of 16 would be the responsibility of a parent or sibling over the age of 18.
